2. Wash and Rinse Inside Window Panes

2.1 Using the Teflon tape included, wrap the threads of 2 of the 6 inch solution sprayer blow gun extensions, and then screw firmly onto the solution sprayer blow guns.

2.2 Pour one gallon or 4 liters of the washing solution into one of the empty solution sprayer tanks. Pump up the solution sprayer.

2.3 Into the bottom hole drilled into the window insert the solution removal tubing with the attached primer. Gently push it in and maneuver it to reach the bottom spacer bar. Squeeze the primer to siphon any remaining water from the window.

2.4 Allow the water to run out of the solution removal tubing before inserting the exit end of the tubing into the empty washing solution bottle. This is how you recapture the washing solution for defogging other windows.

2.5 Into the top hole insert the solution sprayer gun with the 6 inch extension and 90 degree sprayer tip and point it straight down.

2.6 Start spraying the washing solution straight down onto the window surface furthest from you so you can see what you are doing. When the coating reaches the bottom of the unit rotate the tip ensuring the coating is covering the glass. Keep rotating until the spray reaches the top spacer bar. Tip: Try not to allow the coating to excessively spray the top spacer bar as this will disturb the contents of the bar and could cause streaking from the bar.

2.7 At the same time, squeeze the primer on the solution removal tubing to begin siphoning the washing solution from the window. Tip: Try not to let the solution build up too high (above the bottom hole) inside the window. Otherwise, some glass dust and mineral deposits may adhere to the inside window surfaces as the washing solutions are removed from the unit. You basically want to WASH DOWN the inside surfaces of the window while at the same time removing them.

2.8 Now repeat spraying the washing solution straight down onto the window surface closest to you. Both internal glass surfaces need to be treated.

2.9 After treating both surfaces and removing any remaining washing solution down to the bottom spacer bar of the window, repeat the same process with the rinsing solution. Don’t worry if any of the washing solution remains on the window surfaces. The rinsing solution will flow over the glass surfaces evenly to remove any of the remaining washing solution and water droplets, assist in the drying process, and leave the window clean with no residue.

2.10 Tip: Rinse all the tools and equipment immediately after use with cold clean water. This will ensure that when it is stored properly out of any sunlight that all the equipment will work properly the next time when needed.
